Help to Buy Valuation
A RICS Red Book valuation carried out to the standard the Help to Buy administrator requires, by a RICS registered valuer who is independent of any estate agent. It gives the market value your equity loan repayment is calculated from, with our report back within 3 working days.
Who it’s for
Homeowners with a Help to Buy equity loan who are selling, remortgaging, or paying the loan off in full or in part. An estate agent's appraisal will not be accepted for this — it has to be an independent RICS registered valuer.
What’s included
Every Help to Buy Valuation is priced individually for the property, based on its location, value and complexity. The fee is fixed, includes VAT, and is confirmed before you commit to anything. It takes about a minute to get your quote.
