RICS Home Survey Level 2 with Valuation
This option includes everything in the RICS Level 2 survey, with the addition of a surveyor's professional opinion on the market value of the property. It's a useful choice if you want a condition report and an independent valuation in a single instruction.
Who it’s for
Buyers who want the Level 2 condition report and an independent view of what the property is actually worth, in a single instruction. Suited to the same conventional, standard-construction homes as the Level 2 survey.
What’s included
Every Level 2 with Valuation is priced individually for the property, based on its location, value and complexity. The fee is fixed, includes VAT, and is confirmed before you commit to anything. It takes about a minute to get your quote.
